HOW CAN I BENEFIT FROM THE THERAPIES

All the therapies are beneficial for de-stressing the body and,  therefore, will help all stress-related illnesses.  About 80% of all  illnesses are stress related.

Sometimes it is a matter of your preference or which therapy best  suits your needs because each client is treated as an individual.

Conditions which have been helped are:

This list is not exhaustive

Abdominal Reflexology has proved very beneficial if you suffer from any digestive or back problems.  It is effective for patients with M.E. or Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (C.F.S) because such people often suffer from candida or yeast toxins in the intestines and it is very good for detoxification.

Facial Reflexology is effective if you suffer from  headaches especially migraines and sinus problems and you always feel  tired. Immediate effects can be felt after the treatment.

Magnet Therapy can give relief from pain and  discomfort, including back pain, fibromyalgia, sprains and strains,  carpal tunnel syndrome, torn ligaments.  Magnets improve circulation and reduce inflammation by bringing in the body’s natural healers.

I usually incorporate Polarity Therapy, the use of magnets and acupressure when I am carrying out one of the other treatments.

For example, I will place a magnet on a sore knee while doing a Reflexology (foot) treatment.

Reflexology has been found to be beneficial over a wide range of ailments.
